I am writing regarding order #ORD-7281-KTY-6311 placed with Strong Builders Solutions Inc. on September 30, 1996. I paid $774.92 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hermina U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
