Poor customer service experience with Structures Bros Enterprises

On March 31, 1982, I signed up for Structures Bros Enterprises's return process at their Chadrickport, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $739.94, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Armani Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
