Hidden fees discovered from Expert Engineering Group

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2838-RVD-6445 placed with Expert Engineering Group on January 3, 1998. I paid $809.43 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rebecca N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
