I have been a loyal customer of Advanced Engineering for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-5170-LQE-6598) on October 17, 2019, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
