On December 22, 1986, I signed up for MobileStream's technical assistance at their Port Princesshaven, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $349.75, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Joshuah E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
