MobileStream failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9197-ZPA-5531 placed with MobileStream on August 6, 2017. I paid $582.57 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Laila P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
