I want to report a serious concern with Dynamic Construction Builders's solution that I purchased on January 2, 2004 from your South Jena, Maine store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Nedra U., but my issue remains unresolved.
