Quality issues with Wireless.Phone International product

I want to report a serious concern with Wireless.Phone International's tool that I purchased on July 24, 1973 from your North Gregoria, Rhode Island store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Tiana I., but my issue remains unresolved.
