I want to report a serious concern with Connect.Wave Goiânia's software that I purchased on October 29, 1974 from your New Eusebioside, Missouri store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Katrina G., but my issue remains unresolved.
