I have been a loyal customer of MobileConnect Boston for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-7539-PUC-2966) on May 4, 2019, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
