I purchased a membership from Engineering Bros Holdings on May 8, 1971. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gretchen H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
