False promises made by Comm.Fiber representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6855-UJM-7292 placed with Comm.Fiber on August 5, 1985. I paid $948.9 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Fermin N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
