Engineering Development Enterprises refused to address issue

On January 9, 1985, I signed up for Engineering Development Enterprises's warranty service at their East Brendon, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $541.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dakota E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
