Structures Associates León failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1762-SNA-2102 placed with Structures Associates León on April 3, 2018. I paid $223.49 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Imani R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
