Misleading advertising by Global.Signal Corp.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3091-ZGW-8318 placed with Global.Signal Corp. on July 7, 1990. I paid $49.26 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jordon W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
