I purchased a unit from Advanced Design Corp. on October 14, 1998. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lavada X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
