I have been a loyal customer of Tel Fiber for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-1819-YCL-7831) on November 7, 1983, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
