I purchased a product from Precision Works & Sons on April 5, 1992. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Christelle D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
