I am writing regarding order #ORD-3910-YAC-5382 placed with Superior Engineering & Sons on January 29, 1987. I paid $820.63 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jaime R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
