I am writing regarding order #ORD-8437-UPK-9778 placed with Quality Build Builders on April 30, 1997. I paid $565.68 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Arturo U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
