Pulse Telecom Enterprises refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4702-EEE-5114 placed with Pulse Telecom Enterprises on May 23, 1996. I paid $161.3 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Samir W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
