I am writing regarding order #ORD-7510-HOP-8008 placed with Pulse Telecom Enterprises on May 21, 1973. I paid $768.12 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nikko V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
