I am writing regarding order #ORD-2476-YCL-9468 placed with Tel Providers on March 17, 1972. I paid $534.5 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ernestina N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
