I want to report a serious concern with Pulse.Net's membership that I purchased on July 12, 2023 from your Alisafurt, Minnesota store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Tom W., but my issue remains unresolved.
