I want to report a serious concern with Pulse.Net's equipment that I purchased on November 8, 1996 from your New Zula, Pennsylvania store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Willard G., but my issue remains unresolved.
