On January 14, 2004, I signed up for WirelessMobile Communications's premium plan at their Krismouth, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $905.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Autumn S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
