Unsatisfactory resolution from Architecture Solutions Fujairah

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1283-UHZ-2083 placed with Architecture Solutions Fujairah on August 19, 1978. I paid $661.82 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mylene G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
