Misleading advertising by Precision Architecture Partners Chiang Mai

On November 25, 1974, I signed up for Precision Architecture Partners Chiang Mai's exchange program at their Maximebury, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $774.83, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Garrison J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
