I am writing regarding order #ORD-6037-ZIN-7329 placed with Structures Bros International on January 11, 1994. I paid $282.83 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Trystan S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
