I have been a loyal customer of Spectrum-Link Baltimore for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-8630-ANC-5826) on January 12, 1975, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
