On December 30, 1983, I signed up for Elite Contractors Ltd.'s customer support at their Port Eusebiofurt, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $750.49, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Shirley J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
