I am writing regarding order #ORD-6153-RIT-6179 placed with Ultimate Design Enterprises Bristol Inc. on May 10, 1983. I paid $484.38 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mariela R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
