Hidden fees discovered from Solid-Construction

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2241-RMB-6804 placed with Solid-Construction on May 14, 1984. I paid $815.66 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Asia G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
