I am writing regarding order #ORD-5842-ZFQ-7244 placed with Advanced Architecture Solutions on July 28, 1990. I paid $154.46 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brannon Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
