Delayed delivery from Advanced Architecture Solutions

On November 4, 2012, I signed up for Advanced Architecture Solutions's installation service at their Lake Hollie, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $981.7, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gussie J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
