On October 29, 1998, I signed up for Swift.Pulse's technical assistance at their East Webstermouth, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $662.63, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dayna K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
