I purchased a subscription from FusionMobile Group on October 7, 2020. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rhianna W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
