I have been a loyal customer of FusionMobile Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-7109-JJL-3971) on November 23, 1999, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
