I am writing regarding order #ORD-8653-CKP-3444 placed with Beam Cellular Ltd. on October 31, 2022. I paid $662.70 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Telly M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
