I have been a loyal customer of FiberBeam Glasgow Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-6897-THU-3406) on April 28, 2025, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
