I purchased a gadget from Structures Specialists Corp. on March 4, 1986. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Pansy C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
