I want to report a serious concern with Expert Craft Group Daegu's system that I purchased on November 30, 1972 from your North Torey, Vermont store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lucio L., but my issue remains unresolved.
