SpectrumData refused to address issue

I purchased a package from SpectrumData on September 11, 1986. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dallin D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
