Quality issues with SpectrumData product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9841-WUC-3739 placed with SpectrumData on October 9, 2010. I paid $954.90 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Karlee Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
