I have been a loyal customer of FiberCom for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-6159-RVB-7417) on October 9, 2001, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
