Overcharged by FiberCom for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5592-FKO-6482 placed with FiberCom on November 25, 1983. I paid $858.72 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jude P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
