RapidMobile failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3233-XKP-2449 placed with RapidMobile on December 8, 2011. I paid $745.59 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dortha P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
