Superior Works refused to address issue

On November 30, 2019, I signed up for Superior Works's technical assistance at their McKenzieton, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $221.32, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alberta O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
