Billing dispute with Advanced Construction Ltd.

On June 16, 2016, I signed up for Advanced Construction Ltd.'s setup assistance at their Javonhaven, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $393.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hal I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
