WaveBeam Wireless refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5569-AXP-5003 placed with WaveBeam Wireless on August 28, 1997. I paid $563.57 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gunner U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
